Spencer Patton is an entrepreneur and business leader based in Brentwood, Tennessee. Over the past two decades, he has founded, built, and invested in businesses across a wide range of industries, focusing on logistics and services for entrepreneurs. His companies generate more than $150 million in annual revenue and employ hundreds of people nationwide.
Throughout his career, Spencer has become increasingly passionate about the intersection of faith, leadership, and stewardship. A longtime member of Brentwood Baptist Church, he has served in various ministry roles and is actively involved in Christian organizations, philanthropy, mentoring, and board service, including his recent role on the board of Focus on the Family.
Spencer believes business provides a unique opportunity to invest in people, lead with conviction, and steward influence for purposes larger than financial success. He and his wife, Carli, also co-host Signature Required, a leadership platform featuring conversations with leaders across business, faith, education, and public service.
