Luncheon with Joey Lankford

Joey Lankford will be the guest speaker at our event on Wednesday, September 18. In 2010, the Lankfords left behind family, friends, and the familiar (running the family business in the Nashville suburbs) in search of a unique calling: economic development within South Africa’s poorest communities. In early 2015, God called Joey, Courtney, and their five children back to Tennessee with a passion to engage poverty and hunger using what they had learned in Africa. In May of that year, Joey joined Cul2vate as Executive Director; under his leadership, the organization works to grow, harvest, and donate fresh, local, nutritious produce to fight food insecurity in Davidson and Williamson Counties.

We’ll open our event with an exceptional lunch from the team at Perry’s. After that, Joey will share some practical business wisdom and speak about the way he’s seen God answer the Ephesians 3:20 prayers of His people to do “more than we could ask or imagine!”
